Relationship Manager
Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and nurture trusting relationships with existing and new customers. The RM must have good communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.


  • Pitch Products to CFOs/MD/ Owner while establishing strong, long-lasting client relationships. ·
  • Coordinate with Alliance and Product teams for new leads and execute onboarding processes to get new customers onboard.
  • Prospect and identify new leads who would benefit from company’s offerings and convert them to customers.
  • Ensure active participation of existing and new customers to achieve targeted throughput numbers month on month.
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve customer grievances quickly and effectively.
  • Identify ways to tap into upselling and cross-selling opportunities


  • MBA in Marketing and/or Finance
  • Go-getter attitude

  • Well versed in local language
