Cashinvoice is a digital marketplace revolutionizing supply chain finance for MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises). Our technology platform seamlessly connects large corporations, financial institutions, and their MSME vendors to facilitate embedded lending products and provide crucial working capital, enabling them to grow and scale efficiently.
Relationship Manager (RM) for Mid/Large Corporate acquisition will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mid-sized/Large corporate clients. This role requires a dynamic professional who can understand client needs, provide financial solutions, and deliver excellent service to foster long-term relationships. The RM will be instrumental in driving business growth and profitability through effective client relationship management and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of mid-sized corporate clients.
- Understand clients' business needs, industry dynamics, and financial requirements to provide tailored banking solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their Working Capital needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Business Development
- Channel partners/DSA/Corporate DSA Empanelment in region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mid corporate /Large segment to expand the client base.
- Collaborate with the Financiers (Banks and NBFC) teams to develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition.
Requirements
